Ingredients
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 T salt
- 1 1/2 T yeast
- 1 1/2 c warm water (microwave 30 seconds)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 7 c flour
Directions
- Stir together brown sugar, salt, yeast, and water. Let sit a few minutes till foamy.
- Add eggs, olive oil, and flour.
- Knead several minutes till smooth and soft. Electric mixer works best.
- Let rise till doubled (about 1 hour), shape, let rise 30 minutes, bake.
